TARRAGON by Marvin Gauci, headed by Michael Sultana and his team, needs no introduction. All the awards this restaurant accumulated throughout the years, speak for themselves. The restaurant which put molecular gastronomy on our table, will now be opening it’s doors for one night of sensational cuisine, all for a good cause.
